Best Way To Burn Fat

It is easy to gain weight but very difficult to reduce the excess weight. When your body mass index (BMI) is high, it means that your have excess fat in your body leading to a condition known as obesity. Excess weight can lead to various medical conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure, heart diseases such as a heart attack and so on.

Studies reveal that the consumption of fastfood such as French-fries and burgers, and an unhealthy lifestyle can cause obesity in children. Moreover, children prefer to watch television or play video games instead of outdoor games. Obesity in children and adults can be reduced by taking measures to burn fat through healthy eating habits and regular exercises.





What is aerobic activity??

The connotation of "Aerobic" is "taking place while oxygen is present". Thus, any activity where oxygen is utilized to create energy in a muscle is called "Aerobic Activity".

This is a three-step process. Warming up is performed at 50-60% intensity of the maximum heart rate for 5 to 10 minutes. Then, aerobic exercise is done for minimum 20 minutes at 70-80% maximal heart rate intensity.

VERY IMPORTANT As with all exercise programs – check with your physician before starting this program, as not all exercises are suited for everyone. Your personal abilities and conditions, if any, will dictate what you can or can’t do.

This 10 minute home exercise routine for women can be repeated 2 or 3 times, for a 20 or 30 minute workout – depending on your abilities, schedule and goals.

1. Only judge this program after you have done it faithfully for at least 3 – 4 weeks. Do not judge it by simply thumbing through it. After 3 or 4 weeks you’ll see what I mean.
